Revenue & orders
Track revenue, order count and average order value on each platform. Compare equivalent periods and account for closures and missing data.
We manage your GoFood and GrabFood ads, promotions and menus — with daily attention to the numbers that matter to your restaurant.
For independent restaurants, cafés and multi-location brands in Bali.
We look at sales alongside the costs of generating them. More orders alone do not tell you whether delivery is working for your restaurant.

Review platform commissions and their share of sales separately from advertising and restaurant-funded offers. Platform contract terms are not set by our agency.
Review ad spend, attributed orders and restaurant-funded promotions. Use consistent definitions and attribution periods before deciding what to change.
Platform-attributed revenue is not the same as incremental revenue. Sales after platform and marketing costs are not net profit: food, labour and other operating costs still matter.
We connect advertising, menus, reviews and financial reporting around one goal: more money reaching your restaurant.
Campaign setup, bids, budgets, offers and daily optimisation on GoFood and GrabFood. We evaluate spending against orders, revenue and the payout left after costs.
Add or remove dishes, update prices and descriptions, organise categories and improve bestseller visibility. Menu changes follow your agreed instructions and pricing.
Improve your storefront, menu structure, descriptions and available photo presentation so customers can understand your offer and choose with confidence.
Monitor new feedback, prepare or post responses where platform tools allow, and appeal reviews that may violate platform rules. Removal is decided by the platform, not guaranteed by us.
Digital reporting brings together sales, orders, platform commissions, marketing costs and payouts. Clear comparisons and regular updates turn the numbers into practical decisions.
Through our platform-manager contacts, we check additional advertising options and potentially more favourable rates. Availability, eligibility and pricing vary; any extra spend is agreed with you first.
We are an independent agency. Platform commissions, placement availability and review decisions remain under GoFood and GrabFood rules.
Not a percentage of ad spend. Not a percentage of gross sales. Our fee is based on the payout after platform commission and marketing costs.
of your payout base for the first three months of our work together.
of the same payout base after the first three months. Full account management continues.
This is the fee base, before our management fee. We reconcile it with platform statements so the same expense is not deducted twice.
Assume Rp32 million in platform commission and marketing costs. The fee base is Rp68 million.
Agency fee: Rp6.8 million (10% × Rp68m). Your remaining amount: Rp61.2 million.
Agency fee: Rp5.44 million (8% × Rp68m). Your remaining amount: Rp62.56 million.
This remaining amount is not net profit: food, labour, rent, taxes and other operating costs are not included. Actual platform and marketing costs vary. Reporting definitions and settlement adjustments are agreed before work begins.
Increasing your ad budget alone does not increase our fee. We have an incentive to improve the amount left after platform and marketing costs — not to buy more clicks at any cost.
Delivery marketing needs consistent attention. Our team keeps both platforms moving, while you stay informed without living in the dashboards.
Check sales and ad performance. Identify issues and adjust priorities.
Review results, explain the changes and set the next actions.
Improve your menu, campaigns and offers as we learn what works.
Your location, platforms, goals and what you would like to improve.
We look at your sales, menu and advertising to establish a starting point.
Set priorities, the scope of work and the budget before making changes.
Daily checks and regular reviews keep the work moving and you informed.
Built around your restaurant, its goals and its capacity.
Yes. We work with both platforms and review their performance together. The scope can also focus on one platform if that is what your restaurant needs.
10% of the payout base during the first three months, then 8% from month four. The base is sales minus platform commission and marketing costs, before our fee. Platform charges and marketing spend are not included in the agency fee. We agree the reporting definitions and settlement treatment before starting.
More sales are not enough if the costs rise faster. Basing our fee on the amount left after platform and marketing costs aligns our incentive with your payout. This is still not a profit-share: your food, labour and other operating costs are outside this calculation.
Advertising and promotions, menu additions and edits, restaurant listing presentation, review management where platform tools allow, financial reporting and ongoing performance checks. We also explore additional platform placements where available, with any extra budget agreed first.
No. We can appeal eligible reviews and explore available advertising terms, but the platforms decide review outcomes and set their commercial terms. We do not promise guaranteed removal, lower commission or a particular sales increase.
Your restaurant name, location and GoFood or GrabFood links. We then agree the account access, starting metrics and budget, review existing campaigns and set a focused plan.
Meaningful results depend on your starting point, order volume, menu and local demand. We establish a baseline and review progress regularly, explaining both improvements and areas that need more work.
