Privacy Policy

Website and advertising enquiries · Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains how Bali AdVendor handles personal information when you visit baliadvendor.com, submit an enquiry through our website or Meta advertising, or contact us on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. It does not cover restaurant customer databases or access to merchant accounts under a separate client engagement.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Artem Fomenko (არტემ ფომენკო), Georgia, operating under the brand Bali AdVendor, based in Batumi, Georgia.

For privacy questions and requests, email yarads2026@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +995 555 702 301.

2. Information covered

  • Details you provide: your name, contact details or messenger username, restaurant name and location, GoFood or GrabFood links, answers to enquiry questions and correspondence.
  • When you contact us through Meta or a messenger, the profile information and conversation details that the platform makes available to us.
  • Technical information handled by our website and its hosting provider, such as request logs, IP address, browser/device information and cookies or local storage used to operate the website.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or information about restaurant customers through an enquiry form or advertising questionnaire. Restaurant financial reports are not required for an initial enquiry.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your restaurant's requirements, discuss services and prepare a proposal or take steps you request before entering a contract. We use necessary technical information to operate and protect our website, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.

Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing is based on your requested pre-contractual steps, consent where required, our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and maintaining security, or a legal obligation. An enquiry is not a subscription to unrelated promotional messages. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it using the contacts above without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Who may receive information

Information may be accessed by authorised people working on your enquiry and by service providers needed to deliver it: Tilda for website hosting and forms; Meta for Facebook/Instagram advertising and messaging; and the email or messaging service used for our conversation, including WhatsApp or Telegram. These platforms also process information for their own purposes under their privacy policies.

We do not sell enquiry data. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not publish your enquiry or use your restaurant's confidential information as a public case study without separate permission.

5. International processing

We operate from Georgia and work with restaurants in Indonesia. Your information may therefore be accessed in Georgia, while hosting and communications providers may process it in other countries. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be considered for the relevant provider and processing activity. Contact us for information about the services used for your enquiry.

6. Storage and security

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to answer your request and handle related follow-up. Retention depends on whether discussions are ongoing, a client relationship begins, or information must be retained for legal obligations or claims. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable provider and backup retention. You can request deletion using the contacts above.

Access should be limited to people who need it for the relevant purpose. No website, email or messenger can guarantee absolute security; please minimise the sensitive information you send.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where available, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent and raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority or a court. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request.

Providing enquiry details is voluntary. Without enough information to contact you or identify your request, we may be unable to respond meaningfully. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing of an enquiry.

8. Cookies and third-party platforms

Your browser allows you to control cookies and clear local storage. Blocking necessary storage may affect website features. A link to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram takes you to a separate service governed by its own policy. Any future optional advertising or analytics tracking must be assessed and, where required, disclosed and enabled only after valid consent; this policy alone is not consent to such tracking.

9. Updates

We may update this policy when our services or processing change. The published version will show its revision date. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact yarads2026@gmail.com.
